Poor Mr. President could freely speculate whether the Holocaust has been true or not, or if in the stories some overstress has been expressed. But this is a bad habit to put his conjectures unverified into words. Specially without any prior knowledge, that could make his speech so deplorable, audience finds him unintelligent. He has a history already of speaking out load what he does not know about but he has only heard of.
